Beijing Shuiyue Hot Spring integrates three core business formats: hot spring leisure, foot bath wellness, and light luxury guest rooms. Relying on the core design concept of modern minimalist art, it precisely caters to the high-end leisure market in Beijing, creating a benchmark for differentiated urban wellness experiences. Based on the local consumption upgrade trend, the project focuses on urban white-collar workers, business people, and quality family customers, highlighting light luxury, tranquility, and artistic immersive leisure experiences.

水悦汤泉酒店设计秉持“少即是多”的极简内核，摒弃繁复装饰，以素雅色调、简约几何结构、自然材质与层次光影塑造高级静谧的空间氛围，兼顾艺术质感与康养松弛属性。功能上科学分区、动静分离，形成“休闲-康养-旅居”一体化闭环业态，契合行业精细化、复合型的发展趋势。同时设计兼顾落地性与成本管控，采用模块化标准化设计，优选高性价比主材，在保障艺术设计质感与空间功能的前提下，实现品质、体验与商业成本的平衡。

The design of Shuiyue Hot Spring Hotel adheres to the minimalist core of "less is more", abandoning complex decorations. It creates a high-end and serene spatial atmosphere with elegant colors, simple geometric structures, natural materials, and layered lighting, balancing artistic quality and relaxation properties for health and wellness. Functionally, it is scientifically zoned, separating activity from rest, forming an integrated closed-loop business model of "leisure-wellness-residence", which aligns with the industry's trend of refinement and complexity. At the same time, the design takes into account practicality and cost control, adopting modular and standardized design, selecting high-cost-effective materials, and achieving a balance between quality, experience, and commercial costs while ensuring the quality of artistic design and spatial functionality.
